If your statistics are missing from the PlayCricket app, or are displaying incorrectly, we can help.
First, check the following:
- Are you logged in to the PlayCricket app with the Cricket ID email address you linked at the time of registering in PlayHQ?
- If applicable, have you linked your MyCricket ID to your cricket ID? (See article 'Are my or my child's accounts linked up correctly for stats to merge?' for further information).
If you have, check the following scenarios:

| My PlayHQ statistics are split over 2 profiles on the PlayCricket app. |

We are aware of instances where historical stats are not merged with current PlayHQ stats, while we continue to get this fixed, you are able to view historical stats by searching for your profile or by clicking on your name on a historical scorecard. If you are wanting to view your current season stats, click on your name in a current season scorecard.
