My MyCricket statistics are showing separately to my PlayHQ statistics on the PlayCricket app, even though I have linked my MyCricket ID to my Cricket ID.

When entering password to link my MyCricket ID to my Cricket ID player gets the following error 'Something went wrong, Unable to sign in try again later'.

Correct process complete where MyCricket ID & PlayHQ Account linked to the one Cricket ID, but stats are still not merged.

When unlinked your MyCricket ID from your Cricket ID & going to add it to your new Cricket ID, you get prompted with -

When player positions are inforced when selecting starting line ups, all players must be labelled as Wicketkeeper.

When scores are manually placed in PlayHQ, if there is no balls faced added, batting data will not display on the scorecard on the website only.  Fixed

Ending an innings on a wicket, scorer is prompted to select a new batter instead of taking them to the end of innings page.

Fielding stats currently require a value (including 0) for every item. E.g. you had 2 catches to a player you will need to add a 0 to the rest of the fields.

For clubs with adding score access as 'their own team' only (association setting). Fielding stats for the home team cannot be entered and instead away team's stats are displayed. Also away team cannot be entered or edited in Admin, the home team can enter extras for both innings. (Occurs when game is E-scored or entered via Admin Portal manually).

WORK AROUND - If the assoication settings are set to both teams then all stats and fields can be entered.
