Overview:
If your competition is run as an entity competition where teams are required but are not set up as standalone clubs, these teams can be set up by the Association admin, below is a step-by-step guide how to create a team from an association point of view.
Steps:
Log in to your PlayHQ admin portal.
Click on Competition Management > Select your Competition > Select the Season.
Click on the Teams sub-heading and then click on the Add a Team button.
If you are setting up your competition and teams for the first time select "Add association teams manually one-by-one" or if you are rolling over teams from a past season click on "Rollover Teams".
Fill in the details of the team that you are adding.
Once the team has been created and you have also set up a participant to club team form you will find a link you can share with the team so players can register directly to the team. To find the link click on Teams again and then view for the team you want the link for, the link will be found on the right-hand side of the screen under PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION LINK.
