Overview:
This article will guide umpires through the process of adding votes for matches they have officiated using OfficialsHQ. It explains how to access and use the voting feature either through Umpire Allocations or a dedicated widget on the dashboard, ensuring accurate and timely submission of match awards according to association requirements.
Once a match has ended umpires will need to add votes for that game they have finished umpiring, if required by the association.
Steps:
To add votes log into OfficialsHQ, click My OfficialsHQ > Umpire Allocations or if you have added the vote widget onto your dashboard you can access votes through the widget.

Go to My OfficialsHQ > Umpire Allocations in the menu bar at the top of the screen.

In the Umpire app you will see your upcoming and past appointments.

Click on the icon in the upper right corner of the past appointment, then select awards.

Award votes for that match will show, enter the votes by selecting the team and player corresponding to the amount of votes you are giving.

Click Save if you wish to continue working on it later or submit to send it.
