This article guides users through the process of creating an account and registering as an Umpire to OfficialsHQ. It covers steps such as entering personal and address details, activating the account via email, accepting Terms of Use, adding umpiring roles and optional club affiliations, providing official and emergency contact information, entering bank details for payments, and optionally disclosing medical information.

Steps to register with OfficialsHQ:
Step 1: Enter Personal Details: Once you're on the registration page, start by entering your personal details, including:
Email (We recommend using a personal email address)
First and Last Name
Date of Birth
Gender
Password
Step 2: Address Details: Input your address details, including:
Street Number (Nr)
Street Name
Suburb
Post Code
Country
Mobile Phone Number
Step 3: Review and Confirm After entering your details, you'll see a summary screen displaying the information you've provided. Review it carefully. If any information is incorrect, click on the "Previous" button to make necessary changes. If everything looks good, click the checkbox to agree to receive email communications and then hit "Submit" to complete the registration.
Step 4: Activate Your Account Check your email inbox for a system-generated email from OfficialsHQ. Open the email and click on the "Activate" button to finalize your registration.
Step 5: Accept Terms of Use Once activated, you'll be directed to OfficialsHQ. Toggle the button to accept the Terms of Use and then click "Ok".
Step 6: Add Your Roles Now, add the associations you'll be umpiring for by entering your state, organisation (association), and umpire type. Click "Add" to include each role. Repeat this process for multiple associations if necessary.
Step 7: Add Clubs (Optional) If applicable, add any clubs you're associated with. Click "Next" when finished.
Step 8: Enter Official Information Provide details such as whether you're an active player, the year you started umpiring, and how you found out about OfficialsHQ. Click "Next" to proceed.
Step 9: Working With Children Details (Optional) If required by your state or territory, enter your Working with Children details. You will need to upload evidence if entering any WWC details. Click "Next" to continue.
Step 10: Emergency Contact Enter the details of your nominated emergency contact, including their name, phone number, and relationship to you. Click "Next" when done.
Step 11: Bank Account Details Provide your bank account information for payments. Enter the bank name, account holder, account number, and BSB number. Click "Next" to proceed. (Please note that bank details need to be entered to complete the registration. If you are not being paid through OfficialsHQ and don't want to provide your details, you can enter 111-111 for the BSB and 1111111111 for the account number.)
Step 12: Medical Information Lastly, disclose any medical information you wish to share with your association. Click "Next" when finished.
