Overview:
This support article explains how parameters such as overs and scores can be adjusted during a cricket game. The updated limits and targets are displayed on the scoresheet, and the game concludes upon reaching these new parameters.
Parameters for overs and scores can be changed at any time during a game. By clicking the actions button then Parameters, adjustments can be made. The scorer can edit parameters by clicking the + & - buttons accordingly, though over limits set by associations may restrict additional overs. Before a new innings, the scorer can adjust the target, which defaults to the first team's score plus one. This can be manually adjusted or calculated using DLS. The new limits and targets are displayed in the parameters section of the scoresheet, and the game ends upon reaching these limits.
Parameters can be changed before the or anytime throughout the game.
To change the parameters throughout the game, the score will need to click the actions button then Parameters.
To edit the parameters, you simply need to click the + & - accordingly. If the association has set an over limit, the scorer will not be able to add any additional overs.
Before a new innings starts, the scorer has the ability to adjust the target. The target total will automatically default to the first teams score plus one. The scorer can adjust this manually by toggling on Custom and entering in a new score.
The scorer also has the ability to use DLS. The DLS calculation will automatically update the target using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method.
The new over limit and target total will display in the parameters section of the scoresheet.
The innings or game will now automatically end when either the new over limit or target total has been reached.
