If the maximum number of bank accounts is reached, the option to Add Bank Account will be greyed out and disabled.
Nicknames:
- A nickname field is available for both Multi-Bank Account enabled and non-enabled organizations. You can edit the nickname of a bank account any time after it's added.
Connecting Accounts to Stripe:
- Go to Admin Portal > Settings > Organisations.
- Ensure newly added bank accounts are successfully connected to Stripe under Settings > Organisations within the Admin Portal.

Reporting on Fee Allocation:
For organizations with Multi-Bank Account enabled, Transaction and Payout reports in Admin Portal > Reports > Financial will indicate which bank account received or is intended to receive funds.
Configuring Registration forms with bank accounts:
Admin Portal > Competitions > Season > Registrations > Manage
Within registration forms, you can select which bank account you wish to receive funds for the corresponding registration. You can choose different bank accounts for the differing registrations. For example; Players, Coaches and Team Managers.
Reporting on which fees went to which bank account
Admin Portal > Reports > Financial
If you have Multi-Bank Account enabled, you'll now see this reflected in your Transaction report as well as in your Payout report. These reports will list which bank account the money was paid out to (or is intended to be paid out to if not yet paid).
