Overview:
Below we will show you how umpire administrators are able to group umpires into one or more umpire panels.
Steps:
To add a new Umpire panel, update or delete an existing panel, go to Configurations > Allocations> Umpire Panel which can be found on the top menu bar.
When entering the screen for the first time, a pop up will automatically appear to set the initial filter for your competition. To filter for your competition, you will need to select your State, Association name and the Umpire Type (UMP).
To add a new Umpire Panel, click on the ‘+’ symbol. The Add Panel window will open. Now let's go through the steps to set up the new Umpire Panel. For each new panel:
Add a sequence number (This will order your panels)
Enter the Panel name. For example, Premier Panel.
Specify if the panel is active or not by ticking or unticking the active checkbox.
Enter the amount of time between two matches an umpire can officiate in.
Enter the amount of time between matches of the same club.
Time between 2 matches with the same colleague.
Once you have entered the required details, click the Save button. A new umpire panel is created. You will now add the grades that will use this umpire panel. To add grades:
Select the relevant Umpire Panel by clicking on it.
Click Manage allowed grades. A list of available grades is displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
Move the grades you want into the panel by clicking the green plus icon next to the grade name. If you wish to add all the grades you can click on the "Add all visible Grades" button.
