Steps:
To link reports, you have created go to Configuration > Reports & inquiries > Match report Generation in the menu bar at the top on the screen.
When entering the page, a pop up will automatically appear, fill in the relevant information for your association and season so you can begin adding links to the correct grades and Click Ok and you will be taken to the linked for templates page where you can create, amend or delete links to reports.
To add a new link click the ‘+’ icon to start creating a new link between one of your match report templates and a Grade in your competition. This will open up a new page to enter your linking details.
First you will need to select one of your created reports you would like to create a link for under the heading Form Template.
Secondly you will need to select who will receive the report e.g Captain or Umpire under the Subscriber Type heading.
Once you have chosen the subscriber type you will need to specify who will get the report eg. UMP 1, UMP 2 or both, or if it is a captain's report whether you would like both captains to receive the report or just one under the Umpire Type heading.
If an umpire is filling out the report about another umpire you can tick the linked Official checkbox and then enter the official, they are providing the report for under Linked Umpire Type. If the report is a general match report this should not be toggled on.
The last step is to set whether you want the reports to be auto approved once they have been filled out and submitted, if you would like to have auto approval on you will need to tick the auto approval box.
Once you have filled out all the fields required click Save at the bottom right of the page to link the report to the grade
Repeat for any other grades needing reports linked.
