Overview:
To log in to your dashboard you will need to go to home.officialshq.com, when you first log in to OfficalsHQ, your dashboard or home page will most likely be blank.
There are three main areas in the dashboard:
Menu or MyOfficialsHQ - Depending on your role, you will have a number of menu options in the blue ribbon. If you are a umpire, you will only have MyOfficialsHQ as a heading option. If you are an admin, you will have more menu options. This all depends on your role.
Tasks, Communication and Profile Settings. -
Tasks - Clicking on the Bell Icon, you'll get an overview of all the tasks you have requested, e.g any reports that you have requested to download.
Communication - Clicking on the speech bubble, you will get an overview of the alerts and messages sent within the system. Alerts will let you know if you have received an appointment or a cancellation of an appointment. Clicking on the little arrow next to the alert will give you more detail about the alert.
Messages - Any messages sent within the system will appear here.
Widgets. Toggling widgets on and off gives you the opportunity to customise your dashboard. Whichever information you want to see, you can choose it here. To add your widgets, click on the Widget Icon on the bottom left side of the screen and choose what you would like to see on your dashboard, this could be upcoming appointments, leaves etc.
