With December just around the corner, we've been excited to see the action unfold across the country. This week, we are sharing some features released in the PlayHQ e-scoring platform, and highlighting some further resources to help your volunteers manage their matches. |
Actions menu is now available when ending an over in e-scoring Designed to bring more accessibility to PlayHQ e-scoring, an actions button has been added to the end of over screen, as well as when ending an innings in a two day game and when a batter is not selected after a wicket. Now scorers can end or split an innings, or add stumps or a break, without needing to start a new over. Head here for detailed instructions on how to use the actions menu.
What to do if a secondary device needs to take over scoring For the score to be uploaded correctly after the completion of the much, the secondary device needs to take over from the primary device when the primary device is not being used anymore. It's also important to note that the game's score will always begin from where the primary device was last connected to the internet.
Information about secondary devices can be found here , or for instructions on how to change devices during a game, head here.
