Fixes implemented in PlayHQ Admin & e-scoring this week

The following fixes were applied in PlayHQ Admin & e-scoring this week:

• Ladders not applying custom outcome points settings for cancelled games.
• Approved Transfer email not received by participant
• Allow fielding stats to be entered as null in admin portal
• Team Manager / Coach blocked from registering due to 'permit error' message.
• Awards page showing error for newly created club teams
