Before the Match:
Question | Answer |
I don't have access to the eScoring portal? |
Before you start eScoring, you need to make sure the club has added you as an eScoring admin. Follow this guide on how to setup an eScoring admin. |
My match says it has already been started? |
It is really important to remember that if you are selecting teams in the days leading up to a match, it is best to do it via Game Day (Admin Portal) or MyTeams. Teams should only be entered via eScoring on the day of the match by the scorer. In the case of being locked out of a match but you are the primary scorer, you should follow the match takeover process. You can find a guide here to help. |
We are scoring a junior formats game today, will the different scoring rules apply? |
Junior formats have a different set of scoring rules. Unlimited dismissals for a batter, limits on deliveries per over are just some examples. For these to flow through to the eScoring portal, these rules need to be setup in the competition settings by the association. If you notice that something isn't being applied properly, please contact your competition administrator. |

After the Match:
Question | Answer |
We are in between days 1 and 2 and noticed some errors in the batting scores. How do we fix these up? |
If a game is being eScored and you notice an error, you will need to go back into the eScoring platform and make the edits via the scorecard. Any edits in Game Day (Admin Portal) while a match is still being eScored can result in being locked out of eScoring the rest of the match. |
Our game has been completed but noticed an error in scorecard, but the game has been locked and I can't edit? |
Some associations/competitions will have a set timeframe in which you can edit results after a game. If it is locked, generally it is because this period has passed. Associations/competitions can open up a match again for 24 hours to allow edits. It is best to get in contact with your competition admin to see if they can do this for you. |
