Overview:
This article provides a straightforward guide on regrading teams and adding new teams within a competition management system. It details the process of accessing the competition and season settings, selecting specific grades for regrading, and utilizing options to import new teams or reallocate existing ones.
Steps to Regrade and Add a Team:
Once logged in, click on "Competition Management" in the side bar, select the Competition tile and Season tile that you would like to regrade teams in.
Under the "Grades" tab there will be a button at the top reading "Regrade Teams."
Select the Group of grades (day, gender, age group) you would like to regrade from the drop-down list:
You'll be presented with a list of grade/s that meet the above selection. This is now the 'regrade session'.
Once you've selected the Group to regrade, click the import an unallocated team button. This will allow to add a new team to the already fixtured grade.
You will notice a change to the view of all visible grade/s which will now make available the option to move the team direct to a grade you choose. You can also deallocate the team if the team is withdrawing from the season or you wish to regrade a team to another days' grade or another age group.
