Overview:
This article outlines the steps necessary to unlock a match for result entry. It covers situations where clubs miss the result entry window, the process of requesting and granting 24-hour temporary access, and the role of associations in managing access permissions. Importantly, it emphasises Cricket Australia's policy that requires written approval from associations for unlocking games.
Steps to Unlock a Match:
If the club misses the window and is locked out of entering results, the association can provide 24-hour temporary club access.
Search for the game you require using game day or competition management.
You will then click view on the game and toggle on 24-hour access. Associations will be able to reduce or extend the time required by toggling the toggle off before 24 hours has elapsed or toggling on after the 24 hours has passed.
PLEASE NOTE: Cricket Australia are unable to unlock games without the written approval of the association.
