Steps:
A verification code is sent to the email address that has been entered when you first set up a PlayHQ account.
When you're trying to log in, you will see the following notification if you get locked out of your account -
To verify your PlayHQ account, you will need to enter the verification code that will be automatically sent to your email address.
If you have not received the verification code email, you should complete the following steps first:
- Check your Junk Mail or Spam folder for an email from PlayHQ; or
- Search your email account by subject: "Verify your PlayHQ account".
If you locate the verification code email, please follow the instructions contained in the email or enter your verification code here.
If you still cannot locate the verification code email, request the verification code be resent to you by clicking here before checking your email inbox again.
Following your request to resend the verification code, if you still do not receive the verification email, please submit a request to our team with your full name and email address.
Once you have successfully entered the verification code, the set up of your PlayHQ Profile Account will be complete and you can progress to register yourself or a family member/dependant via a competition or program registration form.
