Main Navigation Overview
When logged into PlayHQ, the main menu is located on the left-hand side of your screen. This menu provides quick access to all major areas of the platform. Each section offers tools tailored to your role. Use the left-hand menu to navigate back to any section as needed.
Key Areas Explained
- Favourites: Click the star icon to save a page as a favourite. You can then open it quickly from your favourites list.
- "Using As" Menu: Displays the organisations you can access as an administrator. Select from the dropdown or search by name.
- Competition Management: Manage seasons, registration forms, grades, teams, fixtures, and more.
- Game Day: *(Not available to Club organisations)* View scheduled games, download scoresheets, enter results, and access game details.
- Programs: Create and manage development programs.
- Participants: Search for individuals registered with your organisation.
- Incidents: Log and search for game and non-game incidents.
- Transfers & Permits: Available for sports that support these features.
- Products: Manage merchandise and fundraising products.
- Venues: View and manage venue details (access-restricted).
- Reports: Generate competition, program, product, and financial reports.
- My Organisation: Manage public details, terms, vouchers, banking info, and user access.
- Settings: Activate sport vouchers and manage sport organisations (access-restricted).
