Completing a season rollover will save you time by ensuring that certain settings are copied over to serve as a starting point for a new season.
To start the rollover process, go to the Seasons page. On the Seasons page, you will see a Rollover Season button next to the Add Season button. The button will be inactive or active.
If the button is inactive this is because you have not created any seasons in the past and will need to create a new season.
If the button is in an active state, you will have at least created one competition in the past.
Once an active Rollover Season button is pressed, you will need to select the season of the same competition you would like to rollover from.
PLEASE NOTE: That you can only rollover to and from seasons within the same competition.
Venues, Age restrictions and Age groups WILL rollover from the previous season. However, required changes can be made to these.
Season name, Dates and Visibility are NOT rolled over with the Rollover Season feature.
Invited clubs, Roels, Edit team name, Registration fees and Terms and condition toggle are all the Club management settings that ARE rolled over.
Club Team Allocation Dates, Age Limits and Custom Fields are all Club Management Settings that are NOT rolled over.
Once all you have set all the Mandatory fields you simply select the Create Season button.
