As all historical and current players statistics will be stored in a centralised database at Cricket Australia, there is only 3 things an organisation/club may want to do as they transition from MyCricket to PlayHQ.
1. An organisation/club may want to download all players including their email address from the previous season so they can send out an email for the coming season. Click on the following support article on how to do this -
2. An organisation/club may want to download your entire database of contacts out of MyCricket. This includes all players current/historical, parents/guardians, coaches, committee members etc etc. Click on the following support article on how to do this -
3. Finally, if you run a MyCricket website you will need to download all files from the website builder. Click on the following article on how to do this.
To note you will have into August 31st, 2023, to do the above you may not be able to access your website builder in this time frame if this is the case, please contact support.
