Claiming your MyCricket ID to your Cricket ID involves logging into the PlayCricket App with your Cricket ID. - Support Article for this.
Some troubleshooting issues you may experience are the following -
- The participant/parent doesn’t have access to the email address linked to the MyCricket ID and also doesn’t know the password to the account.
- Not being able to claim your MyCricket ID on the PlayCricket App. This will be because the MyCricket ID they are trying to claim will be claimed under a different Cricket ID.
- If the MyCricket ID is linked to one Cricket ID and the PlayHQ Account is linked to another Cricket ID.

Claiming your PlayHQ account will happen when you initially register to PlayHQ for the first time. You will be prompt to link your Cricket ID and PlayHQ account during the second last step of the registration process. - Support Article for this.
