Transfer refers to the need of a player altering their affiliation by leaving one club completely and joining another. Often driven by factors like relocation, personal preferences or association bylaws. On the other hand, a permit allows a player to maintain their existing club affiliation while also participating in another competition with a different team. For instance, a player may represent Club A in Saturday cricket matches while simultaneously playing veterans cricket for Club B. Please have a conversation with your current club or association before requesting a Transfer or Permit.
