Overview:
To access settings for your grade/ competition go to the Admin Portal > Competitions > Season > Grade> Select the Gear icon on the grade you would like to update.
Game Settings - allow you to add General Settings for Two Day+, One Day and T20 match types. There are 3 game setting pages for each format (2Day+, One Day and T20). As part of the Game Settings Page admins are also able to configure the electronic scoring setting values and Ladder Points allocation for each Game Format. These settings can also be changed within individual grades.
Within the Grade Settings you will be required to set the Electronic Scoring Settings; this consists of the following:
- Legal balls per over/Max balls per over
- Max overs per bowler
- Balls per batter/Runs per batter/Dismissals per batter (Junior Formats)
- Change strike after wicket (used only in pairs cricket)
- Last batter stands
- Continue scoring when target total reached.
- Wide value/Count as balls faced.
- No ball value/Count as balls faced.
- Re-bowl no balls.
Grade Settings - Allows to set overall settings for your Grade, this includes.
Overall Ladder Settings, please not if you update this in the Game settings, they will override the overall settings set on this page.
Club Access Settings:
- Allow clubs to enter scores - Set whether club admins can enter game and scores for both teams. Turning on this setting will also give the same access to club Team Staff (coaches, team managers and captains) with management access enabled.
- Publishing Lineups - Set a time when player lineups are published on the public game centre.
- Lineups remain when the game is Live or Final - If enabled the lineups tab will remain along with the statistics tab on the public game centre.
- Oval Percentage Allocation - Set the percentage of a Oval required for games in this competition. The Oval size can later be changed per grade. By default, a Oval's size will take up 100%
- Game Permits - Set whether game permitted players are allowed to be added to line-ups.
- Player points - Set whether players are required to be assigned a player points value before being allocated to a lineup.
- Finals eligibility - Set the minimum number of games a player is required to play for a team before they are eligible to represent that team in finals games.
Restrictions Settings:
- Age Restrictions - Specify the age range for players that are allowed to play in games for this grade.
- Gender Restrictions - Set what genders are allowed to play in games for this grade.
