MyCricket Admin Read Only Access
From Friday 26th May, all entities (Clubs and Associations) will move to read-only access in MyCricket. Admins will still be able to access historical reports and person lists, as well as perform website maintenance, if required.
What is happening with Players Statistics?
Admins will be unable to enter current season results or historical results via the Live Score or Admin Portal after the 26th of May.
Please do not attempt to enter any results information into MyCricket after the 26th of May. A solution is being developed for historical results entry.
Moving forward, Cricket Australia will take over the management of the stats database and ensure that all historical stats previously recorded through MyCricket Admin and MyCricket Live Score remain fully intact.
Historical Player Statistics
Historical stats will be safely transitioned to the new database, integrating with the stats recorded through PlayHQ. Planning is underway to create a new web site that integrates with this data providing Fixtures, Ladders, Results, Statistics and Match Centre capability, just like the MyCricket App (soon to be re-branded Play Cricket app) already is.
Work is well underway on these new tools, but in the meantime, the legacy MyCricket website will continue to provide access to all historical records.
The existing MyCricket app, MyCricket social pages and new website will be re-branded under a single “PlayCricket” brand, creating a one stop shop for grassroots cricket participation in Australia.
MyCricket Hosted Club Websites
From Thursday the 31st of August, access to websites hosted on MyCricket will be closed. CA have partnered with WIX for clubs and associations to build new websites. Offer details can be found here. Widgets have been built and integrated with the premium version of this offer to display fixtures and ladders directly from PlayHQ.
