Different Stages of a Transfer Request

Overview:

When transfers are initiated, they initially enter the "Pending" status. This status can be further broken down into four stages:

1. Requested: The organisation that initiated the transfer will see the transfer in this state while waiting for it to be approved or denied.

2. Upcoming: Organisations that are part of the approval process will see this state when other organisations need to approve or deny the transfer before their turn.

3. Action Now: Organisations that are part of the approval process will see this state when the transfer is ready for them to review and make a decision to approve or decline.

4. Actioned: Organisations that are part of the approval process will see this state when they have already approved the transfer but are waiting for other organisations to approve or decline the transfer.

Steps:

To access the transfer requests section, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.
2. From the left-hand side menu, select Transfers & Permits.
3. If you are not already on the Requests tab, navigate to it by clicking on the tab.

Select ‘View’ next to a transfer with the ‘action now’ pending state.

 

 

Review the request and select Approve or Decline. Once finished select the Done button at the top of the screen.
