The transfer feature enables a seamless process for players to transition their affiliation from one club to another. Players who wish to transfer can initiate the process by submitting a transfer request through the registration process. This request serves as a formal notification of their intention to move clubs. Upon receiving a transfer request, the player's current club and the desired new club are notified. Both clubs, as well as the relevant association, must review and approve the transfer request before it can be finalised. This ensures that all parties involved are aware and consent to the player's transfer.
PLEASE NOTE: Transfer requests are not required for coach or team manager registrations, non-club social competition registrations, the first registration within a competition, or subsequent registrations to the same club within a competition.
When players wish to register with a new club and no longer want to play for their current club, they will need to submit a Transfer Request before they can finalise their registration.
Once prompted in the registration flow click Get Started to begin the transfer process.
Once you have reviewed the details, click on the Submit Transfer Request button. This action will trigger a notification to be sent to the relevant clubs and associations, informing them of the transfer request and prompting them to provide their approval.
After the relevant clubs and associations have approved the transfer request, the player seeking the transfer will receive an email containing instructions to finalize their registration. Within the email, the player will find a "Complete Registration" button which they can click to proceed and complete the registration process.
