To view your upcoming appointments and notifications on OfficialsHQ, log in to https://app.officialshq.com. Once logged in your dashboard will open.
Once your dashboard has opened, from here you are able to review your appointments. All current and upcoming appointments can be found on the dashboard or in the Umpire Application.
To access appointment details on the umpire's dashboard:
On the dashboard, a new appointment box will appear for each appointment.
Click on the new appointment box to view the details of the appointment.
The appointment details will include information such as the teams involved in the match, the location of the match, and the assigned partner (if applicable).
To respond to an appointment as an umpire:
After receiving the appointment notification, open the appointment.
Look for the Confirmation Needed option and click on it.
A menu will appear with the options to Accept or Reject the appointment.
If you reject the appointment, it's important to inform your local umpire manager about your decision.
Officials HQ has an internal messaging system that can be used to send both personal and global messages. Umpire managers can:
• Send out frequent, organised communication to the umpiring group
• Use private chat with users or user groups
• Send automatic notifications, reminders and warning in the built in messenger or by email and SMS. When a message is sent the umpire will receive notification on their dashboard and the message can be located under ‘General Messages’ or ‘Messages.
