Overview:
An Admin Led or Club Led permit is when a club administrator initiates a permit via the PlayHQ admin Portal on behalf of a player, this enables a player to maintain their original club affiliation, but also play in another competition with another team. Ie. a player playing Saturday cricket for Club A and veterans' cricket for Club B.
Steps:
To initiate a season permit request, access the PlayHQ administration portal and navigate to the Transfers & Permits section. Within this section, locate and select the option labeled New Season Permit Request.
To complete the Permit Request form, you will need to fill out three sections:

Organisation, Competition, and Season: Choose the relevant organisation, competition, and season in which you want the player to participate.

Participation Dates: Select the desired participation period by specifying the start and end dates using the "From" and "To" fields.

Player Selection: Search for and select the player you wish to permit. Enter the player's current club and last name as mandatory fields. For a more precise search, you can also provide the player's first name and date of birth.
After filling out the required information in the Permit Request form, click the yellow Review button located at the top of the screen. This will allow you to review all the details entered in the form. If you have carefully reviewed the information and are satisfied with it, you can proceed to submit the request by selecting the yellow "Submit New Season Permit Request" button also located at the top of the screen.
