Overview:
This article provides a comprehensive guide on managing club teams within the PlayHQ platform. It covers the essential steps required for administrators to add and allocate teams effectively.
Steps:
Once logged into PlayHQ Administration.
Click on "Competitions" in the side bar, select the "Teams" tab and click on the "Add a club team" button.
Fill out information accordingly and then click the "Add Team'' button to confirm.
Please note: If your association will be allocating teams to grades on club's behalf, you will not need to do the following steps, your club team will simply appear on the associations list of teams to allocate.
If clubs allocate teams in your association, you can do this by:
Clicking on "Competition Management" in the side bar, select the competition and season you would like to allocate teams into.
Select the shield icon on the right and tick the box of the team you would like to allocate into the division/league.
