Overview:
Closing a cricket match involves a few essential steps to ensure accurate recording and finalisation of results. Here’s a detailed guide on how to correctly close a match using the E-scoring system.
Steps:
Once the match is complete and both innings are finished the system will pop up asking for the scorer to Submit Game Result.
Once the scorer has selected the Submit Game Result, they will need to add the pin made earlier this will ensure the game is completed and submitted correctly.
The Game will now show as completed on the E-scoring page as well as the PlayHQ admin portal and Mycricket app.
Once the game is showing Completed → Select End Session and Authenticate the results by adding your admin access credentials. The game will now no longer be able to be edited in the E-scoring application. All changes will need to be made through the PlayHQ Administrator Portal.
