Overview:
This support article guides scorers through the process of setting up and starting a match in the eScoring of PlayHQ.
Steps:
Once the coin toss has been done the scorer will need to add who won the toss and whether the team elected to bat or bowl first.
The scorer will now need to enter the opening bowler as well as the opening batters Striker and Non-Striker.
Now that play is ready simply click Start Innings and you will be able to start E-scoring.
To add wickets and runs where required these features will be present down the bottom of your screen.
If a wicket falls simply click the Wicket Button →Dismissal Type → Next → New Batter → Apply Wicket. The score will now reflect the change.
If the scorer accidentally selected the wrong bowler or batter simply click on the players name and the option to Change Batter or Bowler will appear.
