Overview:
This article provides concise instructions for administrators using PlayHQ's Admin Portal. It covers updating participant details such as names, emails, and phone numbers under the Participants section. Additionally, it guides users through filtering and searching for participants based on various criteria within the Competition Management section, ensuring efficient data management and organization.
Steps through the participant section of the menu:
Log into PlayHQ Administration.
Click on Participants on the side menu.
Once on the Participants page proceed to fill in the following details.
- First and Last name.
- Email and Phone number.
Steps through the Competition Management section of the menu:
Competition Management > Select the Competition > Select the Season > Click on Participants.
You can then search for Participants by Last Name or filter registrations by Role, Gender, Age Range and Registration Status.
