Overview:
This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to create and manage vouchers at the club and association levels using PlayHQ.
Steps to create a Voucher:
1 - Log into your Club or Association page on PlayHQ:
- On the left-hand sidebar, scroll down to My Organisation → Click Overview.
2 - Navigate to the Vouchers tab:
- Under My Organisation, select the Vouchers tab → Click the yellow Create a voucher button.
3 - Fill out voucher details:
Name the Voucher:
This name will appear at checkout during registration, on the tax invoice sent to the participant, and in the transaction report. You can change the voucher name at any time.
Amount of the Discount:
Enter a whole dollar amount (e.g., $10, $65, $39). This amount can be changed at any time, and any changes will apply to future uses of the voucher.
Set Number of Uses:
Enter a whole number reflecting the number of times the voucher can be used by participants. Once the limit is reached, the voucher cannot be used, even if it is still enabled.
Voucher Activation:
Set whether the voucher can be applied at checkout. Turning this off will inactivate the voucher, but it can be reactivated at any time. This status appears as Active or Inactive on the initial page of the Vouchers tab.
Generate Voucher Code:
Select "Create" to generate the voucher's unique 8-character code. This code is set by the system and cannot be changed.
4 - Activate the Voucher
- Next to Activate Voucher, toggle it on to make the voucher active
