Overview:
This guide outlines the steps in the PlayHQ Administration Portal for allocating teams to grades within competitions. It covers accessing Competition Management, selecting the competition and season, using the Shield Icon to allocate teams, filtering by gender and age group for accuracy, and completing the allocation process by selecting teams and confirming with the Allocate Team button.
Steps:
In the PlayHQ Administration Portal click on Competition Management → Choose Competition → Choose Season → Click on the Shield Icon on the right-hand-side of the relevant grade.
Teams will then be able to be allocated if club administrator has created their club team.
To allocate the team, filter by gender and age group to ensure the correct team is allocated.
Once the correct team appears, simply click the check box and then click the Allocate Team button to allocate teams into the grade.
