If the device you are using to e-score is connected to the internet the scores will automatically be sent to playcricket in real time, allowing supporters to see results live. There will be a red live button in the top corner of the screen on the E-Scoring device. Please note you will need to be the primary scorer.
If the device is not connected to the internet the live button won't be present. you will still be able to use e-score and the games will be synced to PlayCricket as soon as the device comes back online.
Once you connect back to the internet or your internet comes back the live status will appear. please check the PlayCricket App to see if your data is synced up before you do anything else.
If you have trouble with this reconnecting, you have a couple of choices, hotspot to someone's phone who may have internet or keep the game left open on the device into you get home and connect to your internet at home. You should be able to close off the game.
NOTE: if you can't close of the game or you can't connect back to the internet to close of the game, send a request to your association or PlayCricket Support to unlock the status fo the game for you.
