Overview:
This article discusses how you can merge your historical statistics from MyCricket, with your new statistics in PlayHQ. First, make sure you have the PlayCricket App on your phone. If you don't have the PlayCricket App you can download it here:
You will also be required to access your CricketPlus account. You may have one of these if you have done any of the following:
Registered to PlayHQ.
You are a member of the Australian Cricket Family.
You have a Cricket Live account (cricket.com.au streaming account).
You have previously registered through the Coaching App
You're a School Teacher who has registered as a Cricket Australia School Ambassador.
If you don't have a CricketPlus account, click on the following link and click Sign Up - Click Here.
Step by Step Guide to Claiming your profile:
1. Open the PlayCricket App and select the “AC” button from the bottom navigation menu.
2. If prompted, log in to your CricketPlus account. If not, click 'Log-In to CricketPlus'. (This should be the same CricketPlus email used when registering to PlayHQ)
3. Click on 'Manage Account'.
4. On the Manage Account page click on your name.
5. Go to the 'My Linked Profiles' section and select 'Link Existing Profile'.
5. Your MyCricket ID number should appear if your email on your MyCricket ID and CricketPlus are the same.
7. Add your profile to link your historical data to your PlayHQ data.

PLEASE NOTE: If you don't see your historical profile show, please contact us with your Name, MyCricket ID number if known, and any historical clubs you have played at.
