Overview
This article covers the process of linking your Cricket ID to your PlayHQ Registration. This is the 5th step of the PlayHQ registration process for participants looking to register to their local club/centre.
You will require to access your CRICKET ID, You may have one of these if you have done any of the following:
You are a member of the Australian Cricket Family,
You have a Cricket Live account (cricket.com.au streaming account).
You have previously registered through the Coaching App
Your a School Teacher who has registered as a Cricket Australia School Ambassador.
If you don't have a Cricket ID, click on the following link and click Sign Up - Click Here.
Step by Step Guide - Linking Cricket ID during PlayHQ Registration
Next step is to link your Cricket ID. Linking your cricket ID will assist in creating a greater experience when you interact with any of Cricket Australia’s products and services. Click on Link Cricket ID.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not your MyCricket ID that you may have historically used to register to Cricket.
You will then be asked to log in to your Cricket ID.
If you don’t have a Cricket ID, click Sign Up.
Complete the details and Click Sign Up.
You will then receive a verification code to your email. Confirm the code on the Cricket ID page and hit Continue.
You will then be re-directed back to the Registration form. You will see that your Cricket ID is Linked. Click Continue to finish the rest of the registration.
When you log into the PlayCricket App through your Cricket ID, it will show that your PlayHQ account is linked to your Cricket ID.
