Overview
The Transaction Report generates the detail based on all transactions your members have processed to your organisation.
Instructions on How to Navigate to the Transaction Report
From the Menu, navigate to Reports on the left-hand side bar and select Financial from the top sub menu.
If you do not wish to customize the report with advanced filtering, you can just input the data and click on Generate.
This generates a report which you can view and download by clicking on the Generated Reports in the top tab.
Once the report is ready to download you can select the Download button.
Please note: sometimes it may take a moment for the report to be generated and you might be prompted to select Refresh.
Using Advanced Filtering
The advanced filtering customisation feature provides adminstrators with the ability to precisely choose the criteria they wish to include in the generated report. This level of customisation empowers admins to tailor the report to meet their specific requirements and focus on the data that is most relevant to them.
If you wish to use advanced filtering, select Customise.
By ticking show all fields, you can see all rows in the spreadsheet that you wish to include.

You can further customise some of the fields by either selecting the filter icon next to them or selecting All Filters as shown below:
After customizing you can generate the report and download as normal.
Membership Data
Another new feature for the 2024/25 season is the ability to generate reports on memberships within the Customise section of Transaction Reports.

Here, you can then click the dropdown next to Membership Type and customise the report .
