When will PlayHQ Websites be available?
- Launches in April 2026 via the Websites tab in PlayHQ Admin. PlayHQ will provide a one-page club guide, onboarding video, How-To playlist and a setup checklist at launch.
How long does it take to set up a new site?
- A Club with no existing website can be live in 30 minutes using the onboarding videos, AI page builder and sports-specific template. No design experience is necessary.

Is this more expensive than WIX?
- The Year 1 early bird price of $349 ex GST is a discounted entry point and the standard market rate of $420 ex GST is comparable to similar mid-tier platforms.
MOVING FROM EXTISTING PROVIDERS
Do we have to move from our existing provider?
- No, PlayHQ Websites is entirely opt-in and those with existing widgets (PlayHQ fixtures, results etc.) will continue to work as they do today.
How hard is it to migrate from another provider?
- PlayHQ’s AI content scraper handles the heavy lifting and will import text and images from up to 30 pages of your existing site into a content library automatically. You can then drag and drop your content into the right sections of your new site. Domain reconnection is automated for 30+ major providers and PlayHQ handles any manual DNS cases directly.
What if our Club doesn’t have a website yet?
- New Clubs can get started directly from the PlayHQ Admin portal and most can be live within 30 minutes. Your Club information is automatically pulled into a cricket-specific template as a starting point, and the AI page builder lets you create pages from a prompt in minutes.

- Yes, document uploading and linking is fully support on PlayHQ websites
