- AI-powered support tool to answer questions and offer guidance about managing your Club, Association or Competition
- Additional support option to assist Administrators in navigating PlayHQ’s features and finding information
WHERE TO FIND THE PLAYHQ ASSISTANT
- Accessible on the far-right side of any page within the PlayHQ Admin Portal
- Provides contextualised responses based on PlayHQ’s knowledge base, and knows whether you’re a Club, Association or Administrative Body Admin
HOW TO USE THE PLAYHQ ASSISTANT
- Navigate to any page in the PlayHQ Admin Portal, locate the Assistant icon on the right-side and open the Assistant sidebar
- Type your question in plain English in the message box, press Enter or Send and review the response. Continue the conversation as needed.
PROVIDING FEEDBACK
- To improve response accuracy we ask that any feedback be provided when prompted by the PlayHQ Assistant.

- Provide real-time updates on system outages or maintenance
