Club Administrators:
As a Club Admin you can check the consent in several locations:
- Access individual participant profiles
- Generate a Participant Report
- View current consent status (Y/N). This is correct at the time of running the report noting that consent can be changes by participants or parent account holders at any time.
Team Management
Consent status will be shown in ‘Team Pages’ showing the individual consents of each player and ‘Game Pages’ showing the overall consent for the listed team.
Coaches and Team Managers
Quick Consent Verification: Before matches, you can quickly verify team consent status through:
- MyTeams dashboard (both Game Centre and Squad views)
- Team-specific reports showing consent for your players and opposition
This allows you to:
- Confirm your team's streaming eligibility
- Coordinate with opposition teams regarding consent status
- Provide necessary information to streaming providers (like Frogbox*)
*For clubs streaming with FrogBox, once the consent status for under-18 participants has been reviewed in PlayHQ for each match, clubs must confirm consent within FrogBox Go.
Consent must be confirmed in FrogBox Go for any under-18 participants within 72 hours of the scheduled match start time.
It’s important to complete this step for every match as streams will not go live if consent is not confirmed.
