To enable good performance, we also recommend the following steps prior to scoring a game:
- Close all other programs / browsers running on your device
- Close any other tabs running within your browser
- Keep Operating System up to date
- Connect device to charger or have a fully charged device before commencement of play
- Ensure you are connected to a reliable WiFi or 4G connection
Getting Started
Downloading and creating a desktop shortcut allows the PlayHQ electronic scoring application to be run in a standard application window instead of running in a full web browser window. This helps prevent accidental closures, distractions, or URL changes during a match, and allows full-screen mode for better visibility.
Tip: After launching the app, adjust the Zoom setting (top-right menu) to view more players/coaches without scrolling.
After downloading the application to your device, open the application and set the viewing size (Zoom setting) via the menu item located a the top-right hand section of the scoring window (Customise and Control PlayHQ Scoring Application):

Note: If accessing Electronic Scoring in a web browser window, use the keyboard to set the degree of Zoom in the web browser (typically via the keys 'Command/Control' plus either '-'/'+')
If using a tablet device, orientate and lock the tablet to the Portrait view
