Change in Login Process for OfficialsHQ
We are excited to announce a significant improvement in the login process to OfficialsHQ (‘OHQ’), which will streamline your access to OHQ using CricketID. CricketID is your single account for all Cricket Australia sites and apps. If your Association uses OHQ, the following information applies to you.
From Tuesday 8th April OfficialsHQ will move to Single Sign-On (SSO) using your CricketID account.
The change to SSO using CricketID coincides with the rollover to the 2025 season in OHQ. The next time you login you will be required to confirm your account details before using the platform.
What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Single Sign-On (SSO) using CricketID allows you to access all Cricket Australia sites and apps using one set of login credentials. Instead of remembering and managing multiple usernames and passwords for different services, you will only need one username and password to access everything you need.
