We are aware of issues with report triggers for captains and coaches reports in OfficialsHQ. There is an issue with the sharing of data between PlayHQ and OfficialsHQ that is needed to send these reports.
Backup processes have been implemented by OfficialsHQ to send missing reports. The batch runs hourly covering matches in the previous 48 hours. Any reports not triggered after this time may be manually triggered. Please raise a support ticket if you need assistance with this task.
Regular updates are being provided to our internal umpire manager group and we will provide important updates in this support article.
