PlayHQ accepts online payments made by the following methods:
1. Standard Debit/Credit Cards:
PlayHQ accepts Visa, Mastercard for credit and debit card payments.
If you do not have access to a valid credit or debit card, you can purchase a prepaid debit card (EFTPOS, VISA, or MasterCard Debit Gift Cards) at retail outlets such as Woolworths, Coles, or Australia Post Offices, and load it with cash for payment.
2. Mastercard Click to Pay:
A streamlined service enabling one-click payments using stored payment details for hassle-free registration.
3. PayPal Pay-In-4:
Participants can split eligible purchases into four interest-free installments, easing financial pressures. This ensures clubs and leagues receive their full registration fees upfront, mitigating risks of non-payment.
Please Note: Clubs and associations will receive the full registration fee from PayPal via a disbursement. It will not be split over multiple disbursements.
PayPal and Pay-in-4 payments will be distributed on weekly basis to the club's account
4. Apple Pay and Google Pay:
Participants with stored card information in Apple or Google accounts can use these platforms for payment without manually entering card details.
Note: Apple Pay is available exclusively on Safari browser across desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
