Participants Report Overview:
The Participants report generates a comprehensive list of all registered participants for a specific season, detailing their allocated teams. This report includes both active registrations and those that have been cancelled.
Generating the Report:
To generate the report, choose 'Reports', then select the 'Competitions' tab, followed by the 'Participants' report. Choose the appropriate competition, season, and registration dates, and then click on the 'Generate' button.
The report will be generated, and a success message will appear at the bottom of the page to indicate that the report is ready for download.
Go to the "Generated Reports" tab to see the list of generated reports. Click the "download" button to download the report.
Customization Options:
- Hide/Show Fields: Toggle specific fields or categories on/off to customize the content of your report.
- Advanced Filters: Apply filters to refine the report based on specific criteria using the filter icon or accessing all filters through the 'All filters' button.
- Unique Participants: Easily download reports containing only unique participant records to eliminate duplicates. By default, all records are selected; toggle the unique participants option to manage potential duplicates caused by certain fields like role types.
- Multi-season Selector: Efficiently download registration data across multiple seasons in a single report.
- Templating: Save customized report settings as templates for future use, streamlining report generation across your organization.
